Scheduling
CMS generates critical path schedules for every project. Scheduling begins in the estimating stage of project evaluation. When contracts are awarded, the Project Manager and Superintendent generate the working project schedule before work commences.
CMS has two software package choices available when developing the project schedule; Primavera or Sure-Trak. Both programs are extremely effective tools in scheduling instructions for all work phases and monitoring progress. Complete adherence to scheduling procedures often results in projects completed ahead of schedule, which means cost savings for all parties involved.
Please find a sample schedule below, which illustrates a CPM schedule generated by Sure-Trak Project Management software. If provided with specific information about your project, we could create a similar sample schedule for you.
In addition to the CPM schedule, the Project Superintendent will provide a "2-Week Look Ahead Schedule" each week at project coordination meetings with the Owner and Architect
